Palm NRG beware
I bought tens unit pads from a kiosk seller at Christmas. I told her the name of my device (Omron) I had at home and she guaranteed they would fit my machine.
She said if I had any issues to come back and she'd exchange them. Well, they didn't fit. I went back the very next day and her kiosk was gone. When I contacted the company on the receipt, they never got back to me.
Stay away from the kiosk dealers...not even sure if the actual company is legit. At this time I have sets of pads I'lll be putting up for sale in the online forum on Facebook as I have no use for these pads.
Reason of review: They diassapeared at the store and the website company never got back to me..
Monetary Loss: $25.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

The company is legit. I actually bought the unit at a home show.
I really love it.
The plug that came with it broke after a week, and I contacted them. They sent me a replacement free of charge.Sorry your experience wasnโt good.
